Foster Parent Association of WilkesBree is a beautiful young lady that has had an extraordinary amount of grief and loss in her life and because of those personal losses, she now has been placed into the foster care system. Her father passed away from Covid-19 and she has no family left. She loves animals and she hopes to finish high school and go to college. Bree is looking for some peace and strength during this very difficult time in her life.
Bree wishes for It's A Ten shampooing set to get her hair healthy and shiny. Her hair is just not as healthy as she would like it to be right now. She wants the shimmer and shine of glamorous hair. This set will help her achieve her hair health.
