Carter came into care with his mother when he was one year old. Unfortunately, she decided to leave him in his foster placement to move in with her boyfriend. Carter is a very lovable and affectionate boy who enjoys laughing and making others laugh as well. He loves watching sports on TV, especially football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. Carter is a sweet boy who leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.

Carter would be thrilled to receive a mini drone because he loves exploring and discovering new things. A drone would give him a fun way to see the world from a different perspective and spark his curiosity. It may also provide him with a positive activity to focus on, helping constructively redirect his energy. He enjoys outdoor activities and anything that lets him learn and experiment. Carter would be extremely excited and grateful if this wish were granted.
