Fostering IndependenceJade is a wonderful young lady who is a hard worker and dedicated to making a better life for herself. She is a laid-back, level-headed individual who has accomplished so much by earning her GED and enrolling in college. Jade is easy to get along with and is willing to do anything to better herself.
Jade is making a significant change in her life. Currently, she is homeless and living with friends, but she has decided to move into a transitional housing program for young women who have aged out of foster care. One thing Jade enjoys is relaxing by watching TV after her school day. To help make her transition as smooth as possible, she would love to get a TV as a Christmas present for her bedroom.
