Imani was placed in foster care along with her three younger siblings. However, due to her age, she was separated from them and placed in a group home. Although Imani dislikes being away from her siblings, she remains focused on accomplishing her educational goals and aspires to become a teacher one day.

Imani loves to wrap herself in her favorite blanket when she is at home. She enjoys the warmth, comfort, and emotional regulation that come from being wrapped in a blanket or wearing a heavy hoodie. Recently, Imani saw a wearable blanket and added it to her wish list. She will be very surprised and delighted when she finds her wearable hoodie wrapped beneath the tree.
