Harlow has been in foster care for several years and has adjusted to various foster homes, experiencing some stability with her placements. She enjoys feeling like part of a family and loves playing pretend with both her foster family and her peers at daycare. Harlow is eager to learn and interact at daycare; she has participated in preschool and a reading program. She enjoys having books read to her and likes to point out different things in the illustrations. Harlow is a fan of Disney princesses and loves all things dress-up.

Harlow has been in foster care, and the foster family uses SNAP benefits to help get the nutritional needs met. Harlow would like to be able to pick out the snacks she likes as this is something she normally get to do. The recent government crisis limited the funds the family received this month.
