City Living NYKyra is a caring and determined young woman. She spent most of her teenage years in foster care before being placed with her grandmother. When her grandmother’s dementia progressed, Kyra was forced to move out and spent over 3 years homeless, often couch-surfing or sleeping in her car. Kyra recently moved into an apartment and is finally able to prioritize her career, mental health and physical health.
Kyra needs a new winter coat to keep her warm and protected through the cold months. This one is well-made and will last for many seasons. Since she’s currently in school and not earning an income, having a reliable coat that will last for years would greatly ease her financial burden and give her real peace of mind.
