Victor is a shy, active, and compassionate boy who has been in foster care for several years. He recently moved to a new placement and has set a goal to graduate from high school early. For fun, Victor enjoys skateboarding and riding bikes. He also loves collecting Pokémon cards and creating video streams of himself skating.

Victor wishes for the Victini Pokémon Scarlet & Violet collection card set to add to his Pokémon collection. Victor has been collecting Pokémon cards for years, and even though he has moved to a new foster placemen,t his goal is to keep his collection growing.
