She is fully dependent on her foster parents. She explores everything around her, enjoys watching television, and playing on her tablet, she also enjoys playing with her music box. As per foster mom, Lylah loves music and will say "I want to dance" when she wants the radio on. Lylah loves to splash on the wading pool outside when the weather is nice.
This wish will enable Lylah to feel comfortable in her workout shorts and help prevent chafing between her thighs. Lylah has never owned a pair of her own. She is working hard to get in shape and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
