Scarlet is a former foster youth in transitional housing. She is working towards her long-term housing goals. Scarlet aspires to become a behavioral health specialist. She has already taken the initiative towards that by her involvement with various foster youth advocacy organizations.

Scarlet has spent a large part of her life in foster care, not having things to call her own. For the first time, Scarlet has her own place and wishes to make it as much of a home as possible.
