Jacob is currently in foster care in Montgomery County and is living with a kinship caregiver. He sees his mom for supervised visits once a month. Jacob is bright and active; he loves bike riding, participating in a running club, and studying math. His infectious attitude and determination are truly inspiring! He is great with animals and enjoys collecting rocks. Jacob has expressed an interest in becoming a police officer when he grows up.

Jacob is eager to improve his swimming skills. His family spends a lot of time at the community pool during the summer, but he is currently unable to pass the swim test. He would love to take swim lessons this winter so that he can feel more confident in the water by summer. This gift will allow him to attend a full 10 sessions!
