Layla has faced numerous challenges throughout her life. With parents who spent much of her childhood in prison, she has moved between family members and foster homes. Despite these difficulties, Layla maintains a positive outlook. She aspires to work in the restaurant industry, with the ultimate goal of owning her own restaurant one day. Her favorite way to relieve stress is by focusing on creating new recipes.

Layla experienced severe trauma in her childhood, which has led to challenges with bladder control. She is in need of a new mattress. Through therapy and consistent practice, Layla has made significant progress and can now often make it through the night without an accident. For her, a new mattress symbolizes the love and care she receives as she continues on her journey.
