Car camera for Lucas to be safely monitored

Fostering Hope - MontcoLucas is a sweet boy living in foster care with a family of seven. He brings so much joy to those around him and is growing and thriving every day, always wearing a little smile on his face. He has just begun to giggle when spoken to, which is a wonderful development. Despite having suffered extreme abuse early in his life, he is starting to understand that the world can be a safe place. He is truly a special little boy.
Lucas has been doing wonderfully since being placed with his foster family. However, considering his challenging past just a few days ago, they would like to be able to monitor him while traveling in the car. With numerous doctor visits, they spend a significant amount of time on the road. This video camera will enable his caregivers to watch him as they travel, allowing them to respond to his needs immediately.
