He is developmentally delayed and is unable to talk. This limitation can lead to significant frustration, as he struggles to express his wants and needs verbally. However, he has a strong desire to communicate with his family and friends.

Daniel is in need of a communication device to help him express himself. This device would significantly enhance his ability to communicate and share his thoughts. By having this tool, Daniel could better articulate his needs and desires. It would also enable him to have meaningful conversations with his friends and family.
