Although he doesn’t want to be adopted, he values his family connections and encourages his younger brother to move with his adoptive family for stability. While his brother experiences separation for the first time, their strong bond drives Matt’s desire to maintain connections with those he loves most.

Matt is eager to make the most of his senior year before graduating high school. He has worked diligently throughout this final year and wants to fully embrace all the special events associated with being a senior.
