Despite these challenges, she has not let them hold her back from pursuing her dreams. She attends college part-time while also working a full-time job. Ava has big aspirations to do good in the world.
Ava recently transitioned from foster care into her own van to gain independence. Living with lupus, she faces health challenges that require a stable environment. A power station is essential for Ava; it will allow her to power medical equipment, keep her medications at the proper temperature, and charge her laptop so she can continue pursuing her college degree while working full-time. This gift would provide her with the safety and reliability she needs in her new home.
