She has a particular fondness for stuffed animals, especially large ones that provide a comforting sensory experience. Emily is very close to her biological sister, and they live together. They take care of each other and support one another's needs. Emily receives support from Woodford Family Services.
Emily is a lively girl who is always on the move. Every Saturday, a support worker takes her and her sister out into the community to help develop their socialization skills. However, there are times when Emily isn’t particularly excited about these visits. She often thinks that if the outings were more adventurous and included thrilling activities, like a trip to the trampoline park, she would look forward to Saturdays with much more enthusiasm.
