Lylah loves to dance and listen to music, she enjoys the splash wading pool, and being outdoors. Lylah is an active youth with life long delays. She is fully dependent on her foster parents. She explores everything around her, enjoys watching television, and playing on her tablet, she also enjoys playing with her music box. As per foster mom, Lylah loves music and will say "I want to dance" when she wants the radio on. Lylah loves to splash on the wading pool outside when the weather is nice.

There is no better feeling than being celebrated on your birthday! This wish will provide Lylah with an extra surprise to open on their special day. Although their celebrations may look different this year, it will remind them that they are valued and remembered on this important occasion!
