Louie is a friendly and adorable boy, full of life and laughter. With his bright, curious eyes and infectious smile, he brings joy to those around him. Louie loves toy cars and enjoys exploring the world around him. Unfortunately, he has been placed into foster care, and he is adjusting to his temporary environment. As he crawls and learns to babble, he also makes silly noises that reflect his playful spirit. Bright and eager to learn, Louie is gradually beginning to understand simple words, showcasing his growing curiosity and intelligence.

Louie is excited about the idea of going to Disneyland to see his favorite Disney characters in person. His siblings plan for him to dress up as a character from the Disney movie Coco. He would love to experience the magic behind that movie firsthand. This trip would be an incredible bonding experience for the family.
