Shay has experienced more transitions than most others her age, moving between foster homes and residential facilities in her search for stability and belonging. Each change presented new challenges, but it also fostered resilience, helping her grow stronger and more self-aware. As she prepares to enter adulthood, Shay is starting to find her voice. She is learning to advocate for herself, build healthy relationships, and make positive life choices that align with the future she desires. With increasing confidence and determination, she is embracing new opportunities and working toward independence with hope and purpose. Her current foster home has successfully supported her in maintaining her place and creating an environment that allows her to express herself.

Shay is currently obsessed with the vibrant works of Matisse and has taken up diamond painting as her latest creative outlet. She can complete a single diamond painting in about an hour, and with her love for this art form, she’s eager to keep herself busy at home. As such, she would love to have as many Matisse diamond painting boards as possible to fuel her artistic pursuits!
