Mekhi is a shy young boy with a passion for anime, Pokemon, and basketball. He finds joy in the imaginative worlds of these interests but shows a different side of himself on the basketball court. His diverse hobbies create a unique blend of introversion and enthusiasm. Mekhi receives support from a program that assists youth who have experienced neglect, aged out of foster care, or spent time in foster care.

Mekhi has a wish for a pair of Nike sprinting spikes, and the impact of this wish being granted would be significant. With these spikes, his track season would become much easier and more enjoyable. The moment he receives them, Mekhi would be overwhelmed with gratitude and joy, filled with excitement at the thought of wearing his very first pair. Not only do the spikes symbolize his commitment to the sport, but they also proudly represent his school team colors. This new gear would not only boost his performance but also enhance his overall experience on the track. His track season has already started so he's hoping to get these quickly.
