Recently, Natalie met her biological family, but she barely knows them and struggles to trust them. She is currently enrolled in the PROFS program at Kutztown University as an exploratory major, seeking to determine her best career path. Natalie considers Kutztown her home, as she is an independent student with limited family and financial support. To support herself, she works a part-time job while attending college full-time.
Natalie’s phone has stopped working, leaving her in need of a replacement. Staying connected with her work, friends, and family is very important to her. As a result, she is actively seeking a new device that can help her maintain these essential connections. Finding the right phone has become a priority for her.
