Children, Youth and Families DepartmentIla is an outgoing girl in foster care. She loves playing dress-up, doing crafts, and having books read to her. Ila enjoys everything related to Disney Princesses and loves being outside, riding her bike, and swimming.
Ila loves eating out, even though it’s not something she gets to do often. After working hard in school, she’s been looking forward to some of her favorite foods from Dairy Queen. The thought of their delicious ice cream and crispy chicken strips makes her excited for a well-deserved break.
