Steven has experienced significant trauma, and he is still working to process those experiences with the support of mental-health services. Even with these challenges, Steven’s heart is one of his strongest qualities. He cares deeply for his sister and half-sister, whom he is separated from. Steven also has a deep love for his family members who live in another country, including his mother and brother. Family means everything to him. Steven continues to show strength as he works through his healing journey, and he deserves support, understanding, and opportunities that help him keep moving forward.

Steven would love the opportunity to take his siblings to the movies on their next visit. Because visits only happen once a month, he tries to make the most of the time he has with them. Recently, he heard that his 4-year-old sister really wants to see the movie Hopper, and he would be so excited to surprise her with a trip to the theater. Steven has always tried to make his siblings feel special, and being able to treat them to a movie would mean the world to him. This outing would give them a chance to share a fun memory together and enjoy the limited time they have as a family.
