Jamel is an incredibly joyful baby whose radiant smiles and infectious laughter light up any room. With his bright, curious eyes, he observes everything around him, soaking in new experiences. This hands-on little explorer eagerly grabs anything within reach, often delighting in discovering the world through taste. Mealtime is a favorite time for him, filled with excitement and fun. He thrives on attention, loving to be talked to, sung to, or cuddled. Outdoor walks with his foster family are particularly thrilling, as he takes in all the sights and sounds. Jamel’s adventurous spirit and cheerful personality make him an absolute joy to be around.

Jamel has been through so much lately, battling RSV and the flu, with countless trips to the hospital and depending on oxygen and medications.
