Rachel has requested a singing Elsa doll for Christmas. She said that she loves to sing and her favorite movie is Frozen.
Rachel is 16 years old and lives in KS
Rachel is a child who loves to make others happy. She is awesome about helping with chores and doing what she is asked to do by her foster mom. Rachel loves doing things with her foster mom, like going to the movies, buying groceries, walking outside, and going to church. Rachel wants to be a judge when she grows up. She excels at following directions and having a positive outlook.
