Lisa grew up in the foster care system, moving through multiple placements before being adopted at the age of 16. Her journey has shaped her into someone who knows firsthand the power of resilience and the importance of hope. Through the challenges she faced, Lisa learned that no matter what, she can survive and thrive—and that holding on to hope, even in the toughest moments, is key to overcoming adversity. Now, Lisa is focused on using her experiences to inspire others who may be facing their own struggles. Currently a college student, she is still exploring her path and has not yet declared her major. But whatever direction she chooses, Lisa is committed to finding a way to give back and share her story in a way that empowers others to keep going, no matter the obstacles they face.
