Skyla is very shy and is learning to communicate in a world that feels different from others. She has enjoyed watching Cocomelon in sign language and loves princesses. As she is in foster care, Skyla is also adjusting to being in a placement away from her parents.

Skyla has been having trouble sleeping at night as she adjusts to her new life in foster care. To help her feel more comfortable, she would really like a weighted blanket. Recently, she came across a cute weighted blanket adorned with unicorns that she thinks would bring her some comfort while she sleeps.
