Emmaily came to visit her aunt, but her mother never returned to pick her up. Her mom struggles with addiction. Despite this, Emmaily is doing well in school. She easily makes friends and enjoys connecting with people from different backgrounds. She loves playing soccer and also enjoys drawing, especially flags from different countries. Emmaily is curious about the origins of these flags and the histories of the countries they represent. Additionally, she enjoys painting.

Emmaily's family sold all of their belongings due to facing homelessness because of an eviction. She is asking for a mattress for her new bed. Currently, she is sharing a twin-size mattress with her aunt. This will ensure she has her own dedicated, comfy place to sleep!
