Cecilia is a shy child who often keeps to herself. She is one of six siblings and has been in foster care since 2023. Throughout her time in the system, Cecilia has moved between many different foster homes. Currently, her foster parents are working toward adopting her and one of her brothers. Cecilia is very creative and has an interest in various art forms; she hopes to develop these interests into skills. In the future, she is considering selling her artwork.

Cecilia would really like an acrylic painting set because painting helps her express herself in ways that words can’t. As a shy person who loves art, having her own paints would let her explore her imagination, learn new techniques, and improve her skills. She enjoys different types of art and hopes to sell her artwork someday. An acrylic paint set would help her be creative and support her dreams.
