Rayna is a creative, curious, and passionate young adult studying Media and Communications at Arcadia University. They enjoy anime, journaling, manga, music, video games, and tarot and oracle readings. At nine years old, they entered the foster care system and faced many challenges, including turning to shelters when a foster home was no longer safe. Despite the mental, physical, and financial difficulties of adjusting to life after foster care, Rayna has shown remarkable resilience, working through their experiences with the help of therapy and a strong determination to heal. Those who know them see their strength, kindness, and ability to find joy in the things they love, even after all they have been through.

Since transitioning into their own space, Rayna has wanted a big screen to watch their favorite shows and fully enjoy their environment. They are asking for a projector for their apartment. TVs can be very expensive, so a projector is a more affordable alternative that would still allow them to have that experience. Having a projector would make their space feel more comfortable and personalized, and it’s a fun way for them to embrace this new stage of independence.
