Helanna is reserved, shy, and determined. She has strong bonds with her family and close friends. Although she finds it difficult to open up, once she feels that someone is trustworthy, she gradually comes out of her shell. Recently, she began horse riding lessons, which have helped her become more comfortable with herself and in social situations. Additionally, she enjoys crafting with her caregivers and learning new techniques and crafts.

Helanna recently fulfilled her lifelong dream of riding horses. She started taking horseback riding classes after moving into a foster home that is very familiar with horses. Since beginning these classes, Helanna has gained self-esteem and confidence in her social interactions. While she has been renting the necessary equipment for riding, she really wishes to have her own halter. Having her name on something is significant for her and provides a sense of stability, especially since she’s worried about moving again, as she did in the past.
