Yvonne is an excellent big sister who works hard to protect her younger sister from the scary situations at home. Their parents have experienced significant domestic violence, resulting in the family being displaced multiple times. Despite these challenges, Yvonne is always there to hold her sister's hand and provide a safe space for her to lean on. She loves to dance, sing, and do craft projects, and she has always enjoyed being at school with her teachers.

Yvonne is a very special girl who does not ask for much. This year, she is really looking forward to having a special birthday outing. She would love the chance to pick out some fun new summer clothes and shoes. This is a rare treat for her, and she will be very excited to enjoy her special day.
