Isaac is a very active and adventurous boy in foster care who is currently living in a home with two younger children, where he is doing well and thriving. He has never left his hometown, but he has a strong interest in geography and enjoys learning about different cultures. Isaac can even name and locate major cities and landmarks around the world.

His foster family is hoping to give him his first chance to travel outside of Texas as they take a road trip along the West Coast. One thing Isaac is especially excited about is the possibility of seeing whales for the very first time.
