Keylon has overcome many obstacles from having to move frequently between foster placements and be separated from his siblings. Through these trials he has discovered a passion for self-care including doing hair and skin care. Keylon is pursuing a career in cosmetology to support others in continuing to take care of themselves despite the challenges they face.

Keylon is currently in a housing program where he is learning skills to help him live independently. He is working hard in school and building a foundation for his future. After long days, Keylon would love a TV so he can relax and watch sports. He also shared that being far from friends can sometimes feel isolating, and having a TV in his space would bring him comfort and enjoyment in his daily life.
