Lillia has been in and out of foster care her whole life. She recently moved to a new home without her sister, the first time they have been separated. Despite that, she is thriving and starting to come into her own identity. She went through bullying at her last school and is working through it while building something new.

Lillia is close to permanency in a home that finally feels like it could be hers. An eBike would give her freedom and independence and the ability to move through her community without waiting on others. For a teenager who has been through so much instability, being able to just go somewhere on her own terms is a real and meaningful thing.
