Jack is a young adult living in a supportive transitional housing program after his foster care journey. He remains closely connected with his wonderful foster family as he continues to grow and learn how to live independently. Jack loves movies and going to the beach, and he is also an active member of a Youth Action Board.

Jack has been seeking employment and was recently hired as a caregiver. He is very excited about this opportunity and has begun his onboarding training. Jack has long-term goals of becoming a social worker, and working in an adult care facility will help him gain valuable experience toward that career path. Jack currently uses his grandfather’s truck to get to work but has been struggling with the high cost of gas. Gas gift cards would be a huge support for him as he attends his onboarding trainings and continues getting to work before receiving his first paycheck. This is wish 1 of 2.
