Jax is a sweet boy whose smile lights up the room. Like most children his age, he loves Paw Patrol, Cocomelon, and Sesame Street. However, Jax is different because he has been diagnosed with autism, a sensory disorder, and a speech delay. For him, every day is a struggle to find ways to communicate with his family in a way they can understand. Jax experienced a breakthrough when he spoke his first word at the age of five; his first word was "mama."

Jax’s birthday is coming up, and he is very excited to celebrate. Jax is sensitive to food textures and has a limited diet, but he really loves Chick-fil-A mac & cheese and chicken nuggets. These are some of his favorite meals and they bring him a lot of comfort and happiness. To make his birthday week even more special, he would love a Chick-fil-A gift card. Jax would be so happy to enjoy a few meals from there during his birthday week and spend that time making fun memories with his loved ones.
