VA DSS - Chesapeake City CountyBrady is a happy go lucky young man who was placed in foster care with his two siblings. Brady loves school and has not allowed being placed in foster care stop his dreams of one day becoming a doctor. Brady works very hard in school and is in all honor classes. He has been on the honor role for the past three years. Brady loves playing video games and watching the DIY channel. He does not mind helping around the house and even volunteered to help his younger siblings with their homework. Brady is a great kid.
Brady has been admitted to a Supervised Independent Living Program, where he will live in his own apartment. Brady is so excited to start working towards his independence. Brady works and attends community college. He recently asked for a blow-up mattress for his bedroom until he can save enough for a bedroom set. Helping Brady with his wish will give him reassurance that he has resources willing to assist him as he navigates his way towards independence.
