Penelope lives with her father at this time. She enjoys school and is a quiet, shy child who likes spending time playing on her own. She has been through a lot in relation to her parents’ struggles with substance use, and despite this, she remains very resilient.

Penelope was living with her mother until her mother was incarcerated last month. She now lives full-time with her father. When she moved, she was not able to bring any of her personal belongings with her to her father’s home. She could really use some help getting some new clothes. She would be so happy to get a gift card to Target.
