Penelope lives with her father at this time. She enjoys school and is a quiet, shy child who likes spending time playing on her own. She has been through a lot in relation to her parents’ struggles with substance use, and despite this, she remains very resilient.

Penelope has been through a lot. She now lives full-time with her father after her mother was incarcerated. When she moved, she wasn't able to bring anything from her mother's house. She would love to go to the store to pick out some new room decor and essentials so she can feel more at home.
