VA DSS - Chesapeake City CountyJamontae is an amazing young man currently in foster care with his sister. Jamontae has some struggles, however he is adjusting well in his placement. He loves skateboarding and always feels content and stress-free when he is coasting along.
Jamontae has recently been placed in a kinship placement with his great aunt and uncle. For the first time, he has his own room, and he is excited about it. Jamontae has redecorated his room in his favorite colors and has received a brand new bedroom set. He reached out to ask for a new comforter set for his bed. Jamontae loves living with his relatives and has been doing very well there. Fulfilling his wish for a new comforter will not only keep him warm at night but will also show him that there are resources available to help with some of his wishes. Additionally, it will provide financial assistance to the family.
