Marquis lost both of his parents to substance use. He has lived in a group home and been through major changes in his placement. He is back in Arizona, doing the work, following rules, and showing real growth. He has been asking for this for a long time.

Marquis has spent years working toward more independence. An eBike is what would make it practical and real. He wants a job. He wants to move through his life without relying on others for every single trip. He has earned this. An eBike would give him the tool to use the independence he has already been building.
