In his free time, he loves spending time with his siblings, whom he is separated from. Since the loss of his father, his grandmother has been taking care of him, and Shawn aims to make her proud. He is known for always maintaining a positive outlook and being a person of his word. Shawn has ambitious plans to pursue a career in the NFL in the future.

Shawn wants to celebrate his graduation from 5th grade with a family outing at AMC Cinemark. He has had a challenging year, emotionally coping with the loss of his father, but he has worked hard and achieved good grades. This outing would allow his grandmother to take him and two other grandchildren out to spend quality time together and bring joy to Shawn for overcoming his struggles. However, affording this outing would be difficult for them. Granting this wish would make Shawn incredibly happy, and his grandmother wants him to feel proud of his accomplishments as well.
