Amari is a bright young man. He has not had the easiest time meeting friends and desires to enjoy the same activities and experiences as his peers. Adjusting to new neighborhoods and fitting in despite his medical conditions has been overwhelming. Despite any adversities, this young man smiles brightly, is well-mannered, and is a fantastic volunteer.

Amari is a resilient teenager who has faced his share of challenges and is currently living in kinship care. Recently, he experienced a growth spurt and has outgrown all of his shoes. A new pair of shoes would not only meet an important everyday need but also help boost his confidence and self-esteem as he continues to grow and thrive.
