Kent is a wonderful young boy who has a strong mother. She's a single parent, working hard to make a living while going to community college for the first time. His father is not in the picture, as he has a history of violence and was locked up after trying to hurt them. This has left a hole in their lives, but they are learning to cope together. Kent doesn't have any diagnosed learning disabilities, but he goes to speech therapy to help with his hearing and speaking. His mom relies on public assistance, working hard to get support for their medical care, food, and Kent’s weekly therapy appointments. Even with all these challenges, Kent is a bright, shy boy with a great curiosity about the world. He loves dinosaurs, bubbles, climbing, and the fun songs from "CoComelon." He enjoys playing in the sand at the beach and has a special love for small animals, especially little dogs.

Kent is an amazing little boy with a big imagination. With him, every day is an adventure, and he is looking forward to enjoying himself this summer! Kent would be super excited to share an adventure with his half brother who he doesn’t get to see that often at Funplex. He loves getting on rides and pretending he is flying through the air. A trip like this would allow Kent and his brother to make a lasting memory together.
