She is pursuing her education through the Automotive Program and is committed to building a successful future for herself. She has a warm, friendly personality and loves connecting with others. She stays active through gym workouts, walks, and meditation. She also enjoys sunbathing, watching movies, visiting coffee shops, and cooking plant-based meals. A talented and creative individual, she expresses herself through painting and music, always eager to explore new vegan recipes and spend quality time with friends.

As a full-time student in the automotive program at Riverside City College, Devigne is dedicated to her education and personal growth. While she is embracing her independence, transportation poses one of her biggest challenges. A bicycle would provide her with a reliable and affordable way to navigate her community. She could use it to travel to school, run errands, attend appointments, go to the gym, and explore job opportunities without relying on others for rides.
