Gabriela is an independent, goal-focused young woman who has shown incredible determination. She has always loved working with children, and after spending over three years at a local daycare, she recently achieved her dream of opening her own in-home daycare business. Looking ahead, Gabriela plans to attend community college to continue growing her career in early childhood education. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, walking her dog, and spending time with friends.

Gabriela is wishing for a television so she can have a way to relax after the long days she spends running her in-home daycare. As the only caregiver and employee, she works Monday through Saturday, often for up to 10 hours a day, providing a safe and loving environment for the children in her care. Right now, the only television she owns is used to display the security cameras that help her monitor the inside and outside of her home and keep the children safe. Because it serves this important purpose, she doesn't have a TV she can use for herself. Having a television in her bedroom would give Gabriela a chance to unwind by watching a favorite show or movie after work. It would provide a simple way to recharge, reduce stress, and take care of herself so she can continue caring for others each day.
