Dezirae is a sweet, kind young lady who aged out of foster care. She has big plans for her future including opening a Residential Treatment Center for other foster youth. She recently enrolled in college to work towards this dream.

As Dezirae gets ready to step into a new phase of her life, she feels the pressure of becoming independent weighing on her. With her time in foster care coming to an end, it’s completely understandable that she’s anxious about the responsibilities that are about to unfold, especially when it comes to money. One of the things that’s really stressing her out is her cell phone bill. It feels like a huge burden as she begins this new chapter. If she could get a gift card to cover a few months of phone service, it would be a real lifesaver.
