While her family relies on public assistance, Yelie has a passion for hairstyling and nail design. She dreams of becoming a licensed hairstylist and nail technician, which keeps her motivated. Yelie's childhood hasn't been easy; she endured abuse from her aunt and uncle for several years. This experience has been hard on her, affecting her self-esteem and mental health. However, Yelie is committed to healing and often attends therapy sessions and church activities to help her cope with the past. When you meet Yelie, you can’t help but notice her kindness and determination. She loves to paint and enjoys spending time with her family, including her mom, dad, and brother.
