Florida Foster Care ReviewGaspar is a young, active boy in foster care who loves soccer. He enjoys fun learning activities.
Gaspar is new to his foster home and hasn't had time to build up his own allowance before an upcoming Disney trip. A gift card would let him have spending money of his own so he doesn't feel left out while the other kids in the home shop for souvenirs.
